Buy on the train
Our motto is: board the train - buy your ticket - find your seat. Tickets can be purchased at no extra charge from our train staff on all alex trains (not valid for RVV and VGN network tickets). If you don't have the opportunity to buy a ticket before you start your journey or if you are not sure which ticket is best for you, our train staff will be happy to help you.
Online via the DB website or app
Save time and buy your tickets conveniently online. Visit bahn.de or use the DB Navigator App to book your ticket directly and easily. This option allows you to pay quickly and contactlessly and carry your ticket with you digitally.
Advance sale
Use our partner agencies and the DB travel centers along our lines to purchase your ticket in person. Here you will receive comprehensive advice and can choose the right ticket for your journey.
