The Quer-durchs-Land-Ticket (QDL-Ticket) is valid on a day of your choice Monday to Friday from 9.00 a.m., on Saturdays, Sundays and national public holidays and on 24.12. and 31.12. from 0.00 a.m. until 3.00 a.m. the following day within Germany on all ALX, VBG, OPB, WBA, TL, TLX trains and on most local trains of other railroads in 2nd class. It is valid for individual travelers or groups of up to 5 people (with corresponding additional purchase). Up to three children aged 6 to 14 travel free of charge. Dogs subject to a charge count as one adult person. All passengers must be named on the ticket.
