You will receive a card valid for 12 months issued in your name and benefit from our reduced subscription prices and special goodwill arrangements, for example if you lose your card or are unable to travel. Further information can be found in our Tariff and Conditions of Carriage.
The annual schoolchildren's pass is the low-cost offer for schoolchildren, trainees and students. It is valid for everyone up to the age of 14; from the age of 15, a copy of the authorization card is also required.

We are reluctant to lose you as a customer, but you can cancel your subscription at any time in writing with 6 weeks' notice to the end of the month, regardless of whether you pay annually or monthly. In the event of early termination, an additional payment may be required. If you wish to cancel your subscription at the end of the month, simply send an informal letter by e-mail or post to our alex customer center.
